This proposal for Ilford’s town center is to demolish the old bar and build a new Hotel and Student accommodation center. Given its close proximity to the station, this proposal fulfils the latest AAP (Area Action Plan) by providing essential short stay hotel rooms and convenient and affordable rooms for london’s growing student population.
