We rebuild your scheme directly from the architectural model — dimensions, materials, context and light — so what you see is what will be built.
That accuracy matters in three places. Planning officers trust a verified view that matches the drawings. Buyers commit to off-plan property when the render is credible. And homeowners make confident decisions when they can stand in their extension before a brick is laid.
How we work
Send us your plans — Revit, AutoCAD, PDF or hand-drawn. We build the model, agree camera angles and lighting on a draft, and deliver print-ready images in 7–14 days, licensed for planning, marketing or both. Two revision rounds are included in every fixed quote.

Archviz is a studio by TP Evans Architects, an RIBA-chartered, ARB-registered practice based in Tonbridge, Kent. The practice has over ten years' experience across everything from house extensions to high-rise mixed-use development in London — and that architectural judgement sits behind every render this studio produces.
